Fans of 24 have been disappointed by the announcement that season 7 won't air until January 2009. We're now getting some news that there will be a 2 hour prequel movie to air this fall that will bridge the 2 year gap between season 6 and season 7.
The remaining 16 episodes and the movie are expected to go into production in April.
