It seems that the alternatives for us video game folks who want to offload some of our old games are slim. We can take them to indie game stores or to the the rip off masters at Gamestop, get a couple bucks for our games and then buy more from them.
Those days are now over.
Allow me to introduce Goozex. It is a video game trading service where you create a list of games you wish to trade away and a wish list of games you want from PlayStation to PC and from Game boy to X Box 360. It's $1.00 per trade (plus shipping if you're sending games out)

I just recently joined and already have a game on its way to me and another in process. I simply bought some points and trade credits to use until I can go through my games and find out which I wanna clear out. That's a great bonus too, not having to get rid of my own games to get games through the service. The points are pretty cheap to buy at $5 for 100 points. Spending more on points will also get you a discount.
It's a great way to get your hands on older games you can't find any more. I have yet to search for a game and not discover that someone out there has it to trade away.
I can't recommend it enough. Feed the Gamestop machine no longer! Give Goozex a try. I think you'll find it an enjoyable way to get your hands on the games you want.

There's another cool site that just popped up. Looks like it could be good deal too. www.playswitch.com
