Is Boston Legal Really Canceled??

There are only three more episodes in what ABC is advertising as the 'Final Season' of Boston Legal but any close and loyal viewer might get the idea that something else is happening. So far, nearly every episode of the season thus far has broken the fourth wall, certainly nothing new for this show except that each chip taken out of that wall is referring to spin offs, disbelief regarding cancellation, moving networks, hope for the future (of the show), etc.

Is there hope for Boston Legal to move to another network? It'd be a great grab for someone like NBC who is floundering in the ratings.

The show is as good now as it has ever been. This season has been absolutely spectacular, including last night's Thanksgiving episode which ranks among the series' best.

So bottom line? Is there hope for Boston Legal?
