Oscar Winners

I have the full list of Oscar winners for you but before I post that I wanted to raise a concern. They did the memorials as usual this year and made a point to include Heath Ledger. Amongst the writers, producers, actors, dancers, and agents the academy failed to include Brad Renfro among those lost in the past year.

Surely, he deserved to be included among his peers. It's not as if he was not a working actor. He had just finished a film with Billy Bob Thornton and Winona Rider. His omission from the memorial montage is heartbreaking and disrespectful to his memory and to his family. He was a gifted actor who had tragically lost his life and his not being included is a truly dark moment in the history of the show if you ask me.

That said, here are the winners of this years awards. Only one serious surprise of the night.

So Long Brad...

TMZ.com (a site that I HATE but where credit is due...) is reporting that actor Brad Renfro has died today.



He was found dead in his Los Angeles home from undetermined causes.



He was 25 years old.

His film credits include The Client, The Cure, Apt Pupil, Bully, Tom and Huck, and many more.
