Legend Of Korra Book Three Will Be Called
I'll put the title beneath the RAWR so as to avoid spoilers but basically the next book (3) in The Legend of Korra series will be about Korra dealing with the massive changes that occur in this upcoming season finale (which you can see online now if you don't want to wait.) .
Click the RAWR for the title.

TV Trailer: The Legend of Korra
I am really excited for this but I really miss the original show. I hope they do something more with the original characters eventually. No idea when Korra will hit the air but I hope it is soon.

Rocko's Modern Life Season One DVD Review
Turn the page, wash your hands, Rocko’s Modern Life is finally on DVD! I remember loving this show as a kid and loving it even more as an adult because of innuendos and social commentary that I now actually get. All thirteen episodes are on 2 discs and chock full of hilarity.
A lot of the classic episodes are on this season such as: “A Sucker for the Suck-O-Matic” where Rocko buys a vacuum cleaner, “To Heck and Back” where Heffer has a near-death experience, and “Dirty Dog” which marks the first appearance of Bloaty and Squirmy. This set also includes the once banned “Leap Frogs” where Mrs. Bighead attempts to seduce Rocko.
One thing I really like about this DVD is that from the main menu you can choose either 11 minute episode from the full episode itself. This is a really helpful feature for navigating the episodes.
I was a little disappointed that there were no special features on this DVD at all. I would hope that in the coming seasons, there would be some commentary from creator Joe Murray and maybe some interviews with the original voice actors.
Overall, this set is great for nostalgia and a must have for anyone who grew up on 90s Nicktoons! Hopefully the coming seasons will contain several Special Features.
I give Rocko’s Modern Life Season One an 8 out of 10 Suck-O-Matics!

DVD Review: Fred The Movie
Written by: David A. Goodman
Directed By: Clay Weiner
Starring: Lucas Cruikshank, Jennette McCurdy, Jake Weary, Siobhan Fallon Hogan, John Cena, Oscar Nunez, Stephanie Courtney and introducing Pixie Lott
Special Features: Brand New Never Before Seen Exclusive Fred Video "Fred's Got Talent," Classic Fred Video "Fred Stalks Judy," "From Webcam to Leading Man" featurette, "Fred's First Film: Same Dude, Big Crew" Behind-the-Scenes Featurette, Audio Commentary with Clay Weiner, David Goodman and Lucas Cruikshank and more!
From the box:
Hey, it's Fred (Lucas Cruikshank) in his first movie! And he is in love with the girl next door, Judy (Pixie Lott
Oh my gammit! It's FREEEEDDD!
You'll hear stuff like that a lot in this movie. Accompanied by some screeching and shrieking for 83 minutes.
YouTube superstar Fred Figglehorn makes his film debut in Fred: The Movie
The story is pretty simple. Fred tries to find Judy after she moves away and wacky shenanigans ensue. Some are far too wacky for a normal adult to be able to tolerate but the kids will go bananas for them. Honestly, most people might be driven to insanity by this movie, but if you give it a chance you'll see it does have a bit of heart to it.
The cast is pretty good, albeit a little underplayed. Fred is the star here and he is in virtually every single scene. There really isn't room for anyone else. This is Fred's show and he is king. Jenette McCurdy is barely used and has maybe 10 lines.
The disc has a few special features that fans will enjoy. Behind-the-Scenes, a classic video, and among other things, an exclusive new Fred video. There is more than enough to hold over even the most starved Fred fan until his next outing, be it on TV or YT.
Overall, Fred: The Movie is a treat for the fans and while some non initiated might get annoyed by the character's antics, others might find something to enjoy here. I really am interested to see where Lucas Cruikshank goes from here. I really think he has a talent for comedy and a good presence on screen (even as a character as annoying as Fred!). We'll see what comes next.

New Avatar Series Coming!!
And not based on that stupid James Cameron movie either.
I'm talking about the TRUE Avatar
Michael DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko, original creators of Avatar: The Last Airbender
"Mike and Bryan have imagined a compelling new story inspired by the Airbender mythology that they so brilliantly crafted when the TV series began," Johnson said. "This new avatar is not only a girl, but also hot-headed, independent and ready to take on the world."
The Legend of Korra takes place 70 years after the events of Avatar: The Last Airbender and follows the adventures of the Avatar after Aang – a passionate, rebellious, and fearless teenaged girl from the Southern Water Tribe named Korra. With three of the four elements under her belt (Earth, Water, and Fire), Korra seeks to master the final element, Air. Her quest leads her to the epicenter of the modern "Avatar" world, Republic City – a metropolis that is fueled by steampunk technology. It is a virtual melting pot where benders and non-benders from all nations live and thrive. However, Korra discovers that Republic City is plagued by crime as well as a growing anti-bending revolution that threatens to rip it apart. Under the tutelage of Aang's son, Tenzin, Korra begins her airbending training while dealing with the dangers at large.
While, I'd love to see more of the original series, this one certainly has potential to be just as great. The steampunk city is really intruiging.
2011 seems so far...
