Stanley Kramer's "It's A Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World" is without a doubt one of the greatest screwball comedies of all-time.
Filmed in 1963 with a running time of close to 3 hours (depending on which cut of the film you watch) and a cast filled with the biggest comedy stars of the day including: Milton Berle, Jonathan Winters, Sid Caesar, Dick Shawn, Buddy Hackett, Phil Silvers and countless cameos from Don Knotts to the Three Stooges!
The film is so epic in scope that it's hard to believe the budget was only $9 million dollars. If made today that amount wouldn't even cover the salary of 1 comedic movie star.
