This actually does not look terrible. It looks kinda good to be honest.
Declan O'Brien, the man behind such works of art as Rock Monster and Wrong Turn 3, has apparently optioned the rights to one of my all time favorite movies, Little Shop of Horrors.
He says his take will be different than the last version (I.E. bad).
This is one remake I am 100% wholeheartedly against, not too mention offended by. This will be a disaster.

I don't see Thomas Dekker (Sarah Connor Chronicles, Heroes) included in the cast so I guess his rumored involvement is false.

No, not Will Smith but his son Jaden. AintItCool has the news that the Will Smith produced remake will indeed feature his son. At 10 years old, he seems a bit young for this part but who knows what all they are changing for the remake. AICN also reports that the remake will be set in Bejing.
